Elizabeth has loved baking for as long as anybody can remember. 

She has held many jobs, such as washing dishes and cleaning bathrooms. None of these positions tapped into her full potential, or provided the opportunities for her individual dreams.

Good Eats, Sweet Treats was started as a way to provide meaningful and sustainable employment. Elizabeth has been an instrumental and enthusiastic part in product development, product testing, baking, sales and marketing, where she truly shines. She would love for you to give her cookies a taste!

We all partnered together to have all areas of the business accessible to Elizabeth, focusing on the things she can do, and the new skills she wants to learn. She’s excited to have the opportunity to learn these skills and one day achieve her dream of owning a brick-and-mortar store, and to provide employment opportunities for other people with developmental disabilities.
